1. Exchages of products must be made within 7 days after the product is arrived to customer’s hands. 
2. The products must be in good, unwashed, and never used condition. 
3. Customers must be responsible for the cost of sending back to Minirin. It must be sent by EMS/ registered parcel/ Kerry/ Alphafast/ or SCG Express 
4. Customers must be responsible for the cost of sending the new one in the amount of 50 baht/time. 
5. Minirin will delivery the new one once the old one must be arrived and checked by Minirin. 
6. Minirin has the right to reject exchange of used or defected items made by customer.
7. Minirin does not accept any forms of returns.
